Which session fits

 

Free 15-Minute Fit Call. A short call to describe what you need. Start here for patent applications, landscape studies, and portfolio reviews, which are quoted after a written scope and a conflict check.

 

Live IP Consultation ($250, 60 minutes). A focused video call on a specific IP question: before a fundraise, launch, or hire, or for a second view on an existing filing. You leave with clear next steps.

 

Office Action Strategy Call ($125, 30 minutes). A review of the examiner’s rejections and cited art, and a recommendation on whether to argue, amend, interview, or continue.

 

Invention Disclosure Workshop ($650, 60 minutes). A working session on your written disclosure, followed by a concise written Invention Direction Brief with observations, open questions, and recommended next steps.

 

What happens after you book

 

You will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Paid sessions are invoiced. If your matter needs more than one session, we will recommend the right service and scope it in writing before any further work. Project work starts only after a conflict check and a signed engagement letter.

 

Before your call

 

Please do not send confidential invention details until we have confirmed there is no conflict. A short, non-confidential summary of the technology and your goal is enough to start. Calls are held remotely, and USPTO practice is national, so you do not need to be in Maryland.
