What to include

 

A few lines are enough to start. Tell us what the technology does, where it stands today (idea, prototype, filed application, or issued patent), and what decision you are facing, such as whether to file, how to answer an office action, or what competitors already hold. If a deadline is coming up, such as a launch, a fundraise, a publication, or a USPTO response date, please mention it. If you have a written disclosure, a pitch deck, or drawings, just say so; we will ask for them once there is no conflict.

 

What happens next

 

Your message goes straight to Tim Bright, a registered patent agent. You will get a reply by email with suggested next steps. If the work goes beyond a short call, we will send a written scope and a fee estimate. Project work starts only after a conflict check and your approval of the scope.

 

Before you send details

 

Please do not include confidential invention details in this form or in a first email. A short, non-confidential summary of the technology and your goal is enough until we have confirmed there is no conflict. If you already have a filed application, the application or publication number is helpful.
